The duo have been inseparable since jetting out to the US in the aftermath of Cheryl’s malaria scare.

But yesterday they proved they’re not, in fact, incapable of passing time solo.
While Del was breaking into a sweat with a mystery female workout partner, Cheryl was emerging from a dance studio.

Neither were wearing ideal clobber for their chosen activities – Del opted to run in his jeans while Cheryl’s high heels would surely make the moonwalk near-impossible.

Still, it’s pleasing to see the pretty pop star’s on the mend.

CHERYL COLE’s first single from her upcoming second album is a track called Promise This.

I’m yet to hear it but the savvy star has made all the right moves for it to be a hit.

Knob-twiddler WAYNE WILKINS, who produced Cheryl’s No1-selling debut solo single Fight For This Love last year, is behind the new release.

And the video, scheduled to be filmed later this week, is with major director SOPHIE MULLER, who has the likes of BEYONCE, COLDPLAY, GWEN STEFANI and KINGS OF LEON on her CV.

Since recovering from malaria, Cheryl has been working flat out on the follow-up album to her chart-topping debut 3 Words.

The title is yet to be confirmed but the new material will be released next month.

Doctors have told the star that she needs to slow down her hectic work schedule in order to fully recover from her illness but the starlet isn’t paying any attention, and has been back in the dance studio rehearsing for up to four hours at a time. We don’t know about you but even four minutes dancing is enough to get us a little bit out of breath, so we hate to think what this could do to Cheryl’s body which is still weak after she contracted Malaria earlier this year. And as much as we’re pleased to see that old Coley or Tweedy, or whatever we’re calling her these days is getting back to her old self we can’t help but think it’s too much too soon. So Cheryl if you’re listening have a break love we don’t want to loose your lovely face (and even lovelier dresses) for any longer than we already have this year

A video for the single, which is tipped to be a number one hit in the charts, is due to be filmed within the next week, before it is then given its first airing on Radio 1.

Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday, a source said that the song was written before Cole contracted malaria, however, the lyrics tie in with her near-death experience.

“It is similar to the way Fight For This Love related to her marriage drama. A release date hasn’t been confirmed for the single but there’s talk Cheryl could perform on the second live show after Joe McElderry. It’s a huge comeback track and Cheryl absolutely loves it,” the source added.

Since her health problems, Cole has spent most of the summer in Los Angeles, sparking up a friendship with US dancer Derek Hough, who has been by her side since she split from husband Ashley Cole.

So after a long Haitus, i have re-opened the site, with a new layout for both the main site and the Gallery (look here).

The did have the site ready to open a couple of weeks ago, but the layout i made for it i just really didn’t like, so i had to change it.

I have a new helper on the site, Vannessa. Vannessa will be helping with keeping the news up to date along with updating the gallery which will be very much appreciated. (click here if you wish to help on the site)
i have added a ‘picture of the month’ which will be decided by the image that has been viewed the most in our gallery.
You may have noticed i have kept the icon archive, i know i haven’t really updated this for a while but i will be starting it all over, hopefully with a new layout aswell as new icons.

I will be doing as much as i can on the site in the next few months, as come november/december, i might not get as much time on the computer as i’d like to (due to personal reasons), but i wont be leaving the site, i will still be doing as much to it as i can, even if it means only coming on for an hour a day to update etc.

Also i am hoping to make some adjustments, to make it a more interactive site for viewers, so if you have any ideas, suggestions, don’t hesitate to share them with us, just pop a comment in the chat box or email us at admin@cherylonline.co.uk.
